Mr. Moss, in his address last night, said ho lifld hitherto stood n« an Independent, but aftw duo consideration ho hod gono over to t!w Opposition. Ho had given up ( all hope of the pnrty in power. On tho subject of military training ho said it Koemcd necessary to have compulsion ftr con.wipl.ion. He was accorded a veto of thanks and confidence.
