I am not alone m th, s opinion. Many of those who saw tho plans on Tuesday expressed themselves m similar terms. The author of this de? sign certainly seems to have a very clear conception of the requirements, and lis open planning is certainly an example of very exceptional merit, llis fact 3 iSI cognised by the judge appointedbv ttaUoTornment and it is to tw regretted that he was unable to.accord this design a more prominent position.-I am, etc., NOT A COMPETITOR.
