FORECAST AND SUMMARY, Present indications are for mild and liazy conditions generally, but cloudy and. unsettled at times in many parlc of tho country. Moderate to strong northerly and westerly winds will probably prevail, and a' slowly-falling barometer. Moderate northerly and westerly winds have predominated, with mild and fnir weather generally.
