(Specially written for The Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. Kidney Soup. Marinaded Steak. Potatoes. Turnips. Mrs. Spencer's Pudding. MARINADED STEAK. Two pounds nice thick steak, 1 dessert spoonful nepper and salt, 2 tcaspooniuls sugar, 1 tablespoonful Worcester sauce, 2 tablespoonfuls vinegar. Mix the pepper, salt, suga.r, sauce, and vinegar, scorc in© st€a.lc t lctivo 111 the mixture throe or four hours, turning it every now and again. Grill or fry, using mixture for gravy. FOR TO-MORROW. One and a half pounds steak, apple, curry powder, 1 lemon, treacle, ground ginger, breadcrumbs.
