At the Folico Court this monuing n further (Ic-vplopmeut of the Kingsland mystery occurred, when a cabman name< John Brooks appeared on two charges o interfering with witnesses of tho Crowr in the cases against Mrs. O'Shnuphnossy J. E. O'Shaußhucssy, Mary Hos«c)l, Jnn< Hartley, and Ciiarlotto Campbell. The accused was charged with attempt ing to persuade Minnie Whittington t give false ovidenco at the trial of Marth Jane O'Shaughncssy for murder, and als with attempting to persuade Nellio ])«f gan to give false evidence in (ho Magi. l trate's Court on tho hearing of tho charg< against James E. O'Shaughncfsy, Mai Haskell, Jane B. Hartley, and Chariot' Campbell, of being accessories after tJ fact, to alleged murder. Brooks, who is a bondsman for Jam E. O'ShauglinessY, was remanded on Iw till Friday.
