'i'iio convention was formally constituted, anil rulfs of procedure adopted. This afternoon addresws will he delivered by the Rev. A. 1). C'liappfll or,(I Mr. A. If.' Reed, and in the evening there will be a convc-rsnziniip. The convention will conclude to-morrow.
