PIiOFESSIOXAL QUESTIONS IN VIEW. The Wellington branch of tho Xctf Zealand Educational .Institute will meet on Friday to discuss' various matters of importance to teachers. The question?' set down for discussion include a notice of motion .by Jlr. J. 13.
