EX-SHAH OF PERSIA.

o HIS CAPTURE REPORTED. By Telegraphs-Press Association-Copyright Teheran, September 25. A chief of the Turcomans announces the capture of the ex-Shah of Persia, in the vicinity of the Steppes. The Persian Parliament decided in July to award to any person capturing tho ex-Shah, Mohamnicd Mirza, dead or alive, 100,000 tomans (about .£16,000), the amount of tho annual pension previously accorded to him. Two sums of 25,000 tomans each have been also placed on tho heads of tho ex-Shah's brothers, Salar edDowleh and Shua cs-Saltaneh.
