_4 . SPEECH BY ME. WADE. By Telesraph-Presa Association—Copyright Sydney, September 26. Mr. Wade, Leader of tho Opposition, was banqueted by the Liberal party. The proceedings wore enthusiastic. Mr. Wade, in a strong fighting speech, claimed that tho party was thoroughly united, and was prepared.to tako the field in tho appeal to the country, which the situation, in his opinion, demands. CENSURE MOTION. (Rec. September 2", 0.25 a.m.) Sydney, September 26. , In the Legislative Assembly to-day Mr. Wade, Leader of the Opposition, moved a voto of censure on tho ground that tho Premier's statement regarding the course of public business was unsatisfactory and at variance- with previous statements mado on behalf of tho Government, and constituted a breach of faith. Tho debato on tho motion was listless.
