September 2", 0.25 a.m.) Sydney, September 26. , In the Legislative Assembly to-day Mr. Wade, Leader of the Opposition, moved a voto of censure on tho ground that tho Premier's statement regarding the course of public business was unsatisfactory and at variance- with previous statements mado on behalf of tho Government, and constituted a breach of faith. Tho debato on tho motion was listless.
