There were no speeches, nnd tho cadets, who had acquitted themselves most ■-creditably, were dispersed immediately afterwards. • ' The junior cadet battalions numbered hi'all 085, all ranks—No. 1 Battalion (Major Hem pieman), 249; No. 2 Battalion (Major M'Kcnzio), 255; No, 3 Battalion (Major /Botliune), 279; No. i Battalion (Major Erskiuc), 199. Thirty-two oilicors paraded with the junior cadet battalions, t'lie senior cadot battalion included four companies of Wellington College Cadets, 183; St. Patrick's College Cadct-s, 70; St. Anne's and St. Vincent Cadets, 20; Amokura detachment, nlxmt 50. Tho senior cadet battalion was in charge of Major Mathoson, while Major T. w. M'Donald, Commandant of tho New Zealand"Junior Cadets, assisted by Captain A. H. EaFfuu (Adjutant, Fifth Bogimcut), and Lieutenant A. C. C. Stephens, Cadet Staff Officer, commanded tho brigade. Jupp's Band and tho Wellington Pipers paraded for the review. The Horctauiifra Mounted 'Rifles furnished tho escort to his Excellency tho Govcrnor. Tho policing of the Park by the men of the Boyal New Zealand Artillery, nnd a staff of police, was admirable.
