MURDER OF M. STOLYPIN.
TSAR ORDERS AN INQUIRY. By Telegraph—Press Association—CoDyrieht Sf. Petersburg, September 24. The Tsar has ordered a comprehensiveinquiry regarding the operations in Kieff of the political police. M. Stolypin wag buried at Kieff, amid signs of univorsal grief. Thero was a hugo assemblage, including members ot tko Ministry and high functionaries. Tho newspaper "Novoo Vromya" says that Bogroff, the assassiu, is an. accomplice of Mouravieff, who committed suicide early in September, after being delegated to murder M. Stolypin. The chiefs of the Secret Police accepted Bogroff's proposal to effect a sensational arrest of other conspirators who wero at tho theatro on the day of the murder. JI. Stolypin had not been informed of tho police plans.
