TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for The Domsio:;.) TUESDAY. Vegetable Soup. Cornell Boof. Suet Dumplings. Carrots. Turnips. Dato Pudding. Sweet Melted Butter. DATE PUDDING. Two teacupfnls of (lour, 1 teacupful of suet, 1 teacupful of sugar, 1 teacupful of milk, 1 cgj, i teaspconful carbonate of sada, 1 lensnoonful cream of tartar. * teacupful of dates, grated rind of half a Shred and chop the suet finely, prepare tho fruit. Dissolve the soc'a in a little' warm milk. Mix all tho dry ingredients wtll, add tho egg (beaten), and the milk and soda. Pour into a well-greased lorkshiro tin, and bako in a moderate oven for about half-hour. Tie with a skewer.

POR TO-MORROW.. One pound fillet of beef, veal, forcemeat, celery, }lb. chocolate, sponge cake crumbs.
