season, being well up on tho list in both junior and third-class championships. U was decided that a bat presented by Mr. C. If'. Smith for the best fieldsman in tho club last season should be awarded to 11. Al'Girr. 11. M'Girr headed tho junior batting averages with 113.5 runs i.it innings, M. Murphy being next with 2a.8 runs per innings. In the bowling department, W. Muldom had. the excellent average, of 19 wickets at a cost of 8.7 runs per innings, W. Reid (12) and A. Edwards (13.5)' being next. 1). Sclater headed tho third-class averages with 18.2 per innings, 11. Holmes being next with 18.1 runs per innings. 11. N. Holmes also headed tho bowling average with (i runs per wicket, .1. Coad being second with <.G, J. oclater third with 8.9. Tho election of officers resulted as follows:—Patron, Mr. J. G. W. Aitken; president, Mr. Balcombe Brown; vice-presi-dents, Messrs. J. Iked, M'Girr, W. T. Williams,' J. Barker, -. Cocks, J. C. Port, W. H. George, C. E. Smith, H. W. Kersiley, Allan, A. Doust, Dr. Elliott, and the ycneral secretary; lion, secretary, Mr. T. Puilipson; treasurer. Mr. W. Atneavc; Management Committee, Messrs. Murphy, Hodge,' Wilson, Wednesday delegate, captains and officers of the club.

The meeting closed with votes of thanks to tho outgoing secretary and treasurer.
