RUQBY FOOTBALL. THE CARD FOR THE DAY, \ ATHLETIC-ORIENTAL. Says tho Rugby Union:—Patrons have a varied choico of Rugby games at the Park this afternoon. Four games arc set down for decision, the principal of. which is that between Athletic—tho championship' winners—and Oriental—the runnersup. Both teams will be short of several of their best players who arc with tho touring team, but these havo been replaced by promising players from junior ranks who will have on opportunity of showing their paces in bigger football. On the No. 2 ground St. Patrick's College team is to play a, team of Old Beys from the College. Tho Boys team is a good one, while that of- tho Old Boys includes most of those who have been regular players throughout the year, so .that a good game should result. , As curtain-raisers the permanent staff of the Harbour Board meet tho casual staff, and the Press play a contingent of. police.
