TO-DAY'S DINNER.

; (Specially written for The Domikio!!.) ! ' WEDNESDAY. Vermicelli soup. Haricot of mutton. Potatoes. Turnips. Cottage pudding. VERMICELLI SOOT. Threo quarts of good stock, Gozs. vermicelli, 2 yolks of'eggs, 2 tablespoonfuls of .cream, a head of celery. Put into a saucepan the stock, which should be already well flavoured, the celery cut into small pieces, and the vermicelli broken into short pieces. Simmer for half an hour; just before serving thicken with the wellbeaten yolks of the eggs, which must bo mixed with tho cream, and the stock gradually poured over them. Return to the saucepan, and stir until tho mixture thickens, but on no account let it boil, or it will curdle. TO TO-MORROW. Leeks. Celery. One pound and a half of loin of mutton. Macaroni. Raisins. Suet.
