Put the breadcrumbs,' flour, suet, raisins, sugar, candied peel, spice, lemon rind, and salt into a basin; and mix them together. Beat up the eggs, odil the milk, and stir them into the dry ingredients. Put the mixture into <1 greased pudding-basin, cover with greased paper, and steam for four hours. Turn out and servo with sweet melted butter sauco. FOR TO-MORROW. Three pints of good stock, 6 or 71b. corned beef, suet, carrots, turnips, cornflour, fruit for stewing.
