TRAFFIC STOPPED IN WICHITA.

Tho town of Wichita, in Kansas, a placo of about 30,000 inhabitants, has been invaded by dense clouds of green insects, which covered the pavements an inch deep, stopping the traffic. There was great excitement among tho inhabitants, who were trying to keep the insects out of their houses.
