EMIGRANTS ALL WELL. By Telegraph—Presß Association—Copyright London, September 15. With regard to tho. loss of tko steamer Papanui, tho Governor of St. Helena lias informed the Colonial Office that there is a sufficiency of provisions for the emigrants' requirements. The matron of tho vessel has cabled that tho emigrants are all well. If the Papanui's owners do not take immediate steps to send another vessel the Governor of St. Helena, under tho provisions of tho Merchant Shipping Act, will take measures to secure tho conveyance of tho emigrants to their destination—Western Australia.
