Tho strike of the wheat-handlers means that over a>million bags stacked in the country will now have to await the disposal of the wool traffic. TRADES UNION CONGRESS ENDS. J London, September 10. The Trades Union Congress has concluded. The Congress instructed its Parliamentary Committee to co-operate with tho Labour party in formulating a scheme for unification of the various Labour sections. Objectors argued that the introduction of politics would bo detrimental to the usefulness of tho Congress.
