JURY DISAGREE. (By Tdccraph —I'ress Association.! Auckland, September 11. At tho Supreme Court to-day, beforo Mr. Justice Edwards and n jury of twelve, Alexander M'lntyro, charged ' with tho iholt of a case of tobacco, valued at .I'HB, in company with Joseph Ehrman, was retried. Eight days ago the jury disagreed when . M'lntyro was tried before Mr. Justice Chajmian, and the retrial was necessary. 'J'ho jury again disagreed, and another retrial was ordered to take place next session.
