(c) That, the Articles of Association be altered as follows:— (1) By striking out tho expression ".1310,000" in Article aO, and inserting ill place thereof the following words and expressions: ".tlO.Cflb (unless a resolution of the Company iu general meeting shall authorise a larger or additional amount)."
