. » The anniversary services of Hie Missions 1,0 Seamen wore'hold at the Missions'to Sfamon Institute yesterday, the church being very prettily decorated for the oceasion. Mr. V. S. Shell, the Missioner, preached in the morning, taking for his text Psalms exxvi, It, "The Lord hath done great things for us; whereof wc are glad. The les-ons were read by Mr. C. T. Towles, tho honorary secretary, and Mr. .1. S. Cmnmiiigs, the lionorary Assistant Missioner. The Rev. 1). C. Hates adminislored ilie Holy Communion at tho close of the service. There was a large congregation in tho evening, when Mr. Shell took his text from Exodus xiy. 15. The lessons were read hy Mr. J. C. Cummings, oml Mr. Newton sang tho solo "Dream of Paradise." Special _ hymns were sung, Mr. YV. Clardner luvsiding at the organ.
