SUDDEN END TO ELECTION MEETING. (Rec. September 7, 11.10 p.m.) By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Ottawa, September 7. Sir Wilfrid Laurier, the Primo Minister, in addressing a Reciprocity meeting at Cobourg, Ontario,'narrowly escaped injury by tho collapso of a platform. Many persons were badly bruised, but the Prime Minister and other Ministers present were unhurt.
