RUSSIAN JEWS EXPELLED.
GOVERNMENT DESIRES THEIR HOUSES. Br Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. September 8, 0.35 a.m.) St. Petersburg, September 7. A decree has been issued ordering tho expulsion within half a year of 5000 Jews from Nikolaieff, tho Russian naval port on the Black Sea. It is understood that a further expulsion of Jews will occur in 1912 to provide house accommodation for 10,000 extra' shipwrights, who will be drafted from the Baltic in 'January when Nikolaieff will resume its status as a first-class naval port.
