TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for Tiie Dominion.) , THURSDAY. Pea soup. Grilled chops. Potato chips. Cabbage. Marion's .pudding. MARION'S PUDDING. Half a pound flour, ons teaspoonful and a half of baking powder, a pinch of salt, three ounces butter (light weight), one egg (beaten), three ounces castor sugar, three tablespoonfuls ot marmalade, ono tablespoonful of milk, lemon sauce. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into a basin, rub in the butter, and add tlio sugar. Boat tho-egg, 1111 lie, and ninrmnlado together, add them to tho other ingredients, and mis ail to a paste. Butler some dariol moulds, half till cach with the mixture, and boko in a moderate oven about twenty minutes, lurn out and serve with lemon sauce. - FOR TO-MOEEOW. Whitebait, batter, apples, browned crumbs.
