IMPORTANT LAND SALE.
GEAR ESTATE. TE HORO. An important property salo was held at Otaki yesterday afternoon, when Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., in conjunction with Messrs. Dalgoty and Co., Ltd., 'offered by auction the famous Gear Estata at To Horo, comprising about 60. sections, aggregating 1750 acres. With tho exception of three, section!!, the whole property was sold under tho hammer at very satisfactory prices. This is the biegest salo ever held in this district.
