Sir Wilfrid Laurior, Primo Minister of the Dominion, has decided to accept the challengo of the Nationalists to contest tho'Soulanges seat against a follower of Mr. Bournssa, Leader of tho French Canadian Party. Tho result -will show whether the Premier has lost, as his opponents contend, all influence in the Quebec province.
