niSTORIC SPOTS IN DANGER. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright London, September 4. Tho Co-operative Society's premises at Glasgow have been burned down. The damage is estimated at <£lfl(),000. A eecond iire destroyed twelve business places at' Trougate, including tho historic Tontine Ilouse, and endangered other historic spots, including Glasgow Cross. Four firemen were seriously injured. Tho damage sustained at Trongato :s put down at itiO.OOO.
