KAISER AND AMERICA.
A MONUMENT UNVEILED. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright London, September 3. The Kaiser, at Potsdam, unveiled a replica of the monument at Washington to the German-American General Steuben. Ho cabled to President Taft 'his hearty thanks to the United States Congress for tho beautiful present, which was a happy token of tho friendship between tho two nations.
