(Specially writteu for The Dominion.) TUESDAY. Sago soup. Boiled mutton. Parslej sauce. Potatoes. Carrots. Turnips. /Fruit tart. Milk pudding. SAGO SOUP. Ono pint of stock, J-pint of milk, i tablespoonsful of rago, 1 or 2 yolks oi oggs, 2 tnblespoonsfiil of cream, salt, and coralline pepper. Put tho stock on to boil, wash the sago, put in tho boiling stock and simmer until clear. Add the milk and seasoning, bring to tho boil, beat up the yolks of the eggs with the crenm in flic soup tureen, pour the boiling soup on it, stir well, and serve. FOR TO-MOKROW. Two pounds neck of mutton. Pear! bailey.' Parsley. 21b. steak; Suet. Apricot jam.
