A. WEST AUSTRALIAN CASE. By Telegraph—PTCss AsGociatdon—Copyright Perth, September 2. The Minister for Minos (Mr. Gregory) and the Colonial Secretary (Mr. Connolly) have instituted libel proceedings against the newspaper "Knlgoorlio Miner," against which Mr. M'Kenzio (honorary Minister) was recently awarded a verdict of ono thousand pounds for alleged libel contained in an articlo referring to the Ministers named, and headed, "Three Rotten Sticks."
