Mr. Levy complains that his notice of motion for Tuesday next relating to privileges of members was expunged from the Order Paper. Tlio Speaker told him he had expunged the motion on his own authority. Mr. Levy claims that such action is unprecedented, and ho will thereforo briDg the matter before the House. THE SPEAKERSHIP DISPUTE. (Rcc. September 4, 0.15 a.m.) Sydney, September 3. Farther action is contemplated in relation to the dispute over the Speakership. It is.stated that writs will be issued tomorrow against the Speaker and the Scr-geant-at-Arms in connection with the ejectment of Messrs. Wood and Fitzgerald from the Assembly.
