WON BY A SOTJTH SYDNEY MAN. By Telegraph—Press Association— CopyrisM (Rec, September 3, 5.5 p.m.) Sydney, September 2. The Ten Mile Teams' Race champion* ship of New South Wales was decided today. Tho individual championship w-as won by R. J. Fitzsimmons, who captained tho South Sydney Harriers' team. Ho finished five seconds ahead of T. .1. Wood (East Sydney A.A.C.), and .T. Chalmers (Botany IlarrierS), who dead-heated for second place. Tho timo for the full distance was sGmin. isec.
SCOTT WINS IN HOB ART, (Roc. September 3, 5.5 p.m.) Hobarti September 2. The Tasm.mian A.A.A. Ten Miles CrossCountry Championship was run to-day, and was won by Scott in GOmin. 9seo.
