PROBATE OF WILLS.
On tha motion of Mr. J. W. Macdonald, the 'Supreme Court has granted to the Public Trusteo probate of tho wills of tho undermentioned deceased persons: Janet Fleming, late of Rakahouka, widow; John Joseph, late of Elsthorpe, labourer; Arthur Percy Hall, late of Oripi, sawmiller; Georgo Turner, late of Sydenham, picture artist. Tho Court consented t'o tho appointment of the Public Trustee by the executors named in the wills of tho following, and granted probate lo the Public Trustee accordingly: Arnold Albert Morlcy Hill, late of Dofcson, labourer; John Richard ijopcr, lato of St. Albans., plasterer. Administration was obtained from the Court in respect of the estates of the following deceased intestates; Gilbert Martin Simpson, late of Te Kopuru, labourer; Kenneth Leigh, late of Otaki, farmer; Henry Edmonds, late of Auckland, gum merchant; Maria Chissell, late of Whangarci, married woman (do bonis non); Henry Bottle Dexter, late of Auckland, warehouseman; Samuel John Tocker, late of To Ropi, farmer; John Foley, late of Thames, contractor; Elizabeth Billing, late of Waiwcre, widow; Edwin Newman Turner, late of Masterton, fish dealer; William Frazcr, late of Waihcke Island, settler; Herbert Edward Bradley, late of Nelson, machinist; Emily Jane Letitia Latimer, late of Waharoa, domestic; William M'Gonagle, late of Ot'alnihu, settler; William Thompson, lale of Wailiopo, poultry farmer; William John Henry, late of Raglan, farmer; Arthur Vorcoe, late of Nelson, gentleman; James Burnett, lato of New Plymouth, labourer.
