(Specially written for The Dominion.) MONDAY. 'otato Soup. Kidneys With Maitro d'hotel Butter. Potato Chips. Cauliflower. Steamed Batter Pudding. POTATO SOUP. Two pints of stock, 1 onion, G or 8 potaoes, { pint of mill:, a little celery and canning to taste. Peel and cut the wtatoes and onions into slices. Cook in he stock until tender. Rub through a ieve. Return to the saucepan. Add he milk and seasoning. Moro milk :liould be added if. the soup is too thick. 3read cut into dice, ptul fried in hot 'at should be served with this soup. FOE TO-MORROW. Sago. Stock. Leg of Mutton. Parsley. Carrots. Turnips. Fruit. Pastry.
