As a reply to the allegations that Mr. Churchill, Home Secretary, had released a lunatic (who afterwards assaulted a woman) against medical advice, tho Homo Office has published a letter from medical superintendents of the asylum, in which the lunatic had been confined, statins that it was unnecessary to detain him if his relatives undertook his care. Tho lunatic was then released in accordance with this recommendation.
