FORECAST AND SUMMARY. Present indications are for a falling barometer everywhere shortly, and particularly in tho southern districts. Increasing haziness will probably precode a. changc in the weather in most carts of the country in about twenty-four hours. Freshening northerly winds expected, especially southward of Now Plymouth and Oastlepoint. Tlie barometer rose everywhere during tho night, with strong but decreasing southerly winds. Greytown, September I.—The weather is calmer; light K.E. wind; slight rain last night; cloudy to-day. Hastings, September I.—Dull; one heavy shower.
