FORECAST AND SUMMARY. Present indications are for a falling barometer everywhere shortly, and particularly in tho southern districts. Increasing haziness will probably precode a. changc in the weather in most carts of the country in about twenty-four hours. Freshening northerly winds expected, especially southward of Now Plymouth and Oastlepoint. Tlie barometer rose everywhere during tho night, with strong but decreasing southerly winds.
