The treatment I received had no permanent good effect on me. 1 subsequently went to the Weijington Hospital, where 1 was a patient for about three months. 1 left it without being cured of the anaemia. I'ivo years after that 1 had to go into tho Duncdin Hospital, where tho doctors said 1 had very little blood in my body. Tho doctors told me they could not do anything for me; they told mo the only remedy lliey could suggest was my going on to a farm where X could get the best of nourishing food, plenty of milk and eggs, port wine and stout, and have nothing to <10. 1 loft Vhmedin Hospital just before the last Christchurch Exhibition. I came home and was for six months completely invalided. While I was so bad, a pamphlet was left at my home. In reading it I noticed accounts of others having suffered as I was, and haying been cured by Dr. Williams' Pink I'ills, and 1 got some. I had not. used one box when 1 found a wonderful change. Tho colour came back to my checks, and I looked healthier than I had done for years, and by the lime 1 had taken six boxes I felt absolutely better than 1 had ever felt in my life."
