WELLINGTON SHARE MARKET. Present interest appears to be centred in Waihi, and the new development is favourably affecting the market, for the shares appreciated 2s. 6d. yesterday, sellins at 705., with a strong upward tendency. The Empire reef appears to bo very wide, arid, if tho values shown in tho first three feet arc maintained, it will mean an excellent thing for shareholders. In about six or eight weeks' time the famous Martha, reef should be cut in the low level. If this reef provos as profitable as has done some of the higher levels, what will follow can easily be seen.
