MR. CHURCHILL AGAIN.
RELEASES A LUNATIC. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. September 1, 0.5 a.m.) London, August 31. In a. case in which a lunatic was charged with assaulting a Indv, the evidence showed that the lunatic Itad been released from an asylum by order of Mr. Winston Churchill, Home Secretary, and against the wishes of the medical superinteimlcnt.
The magistrate recommitted tho lunatic, declaring that ho ought never to have been released.
