(Specially written for The Dominion.) FRIDAY. Pea Soup. Whitebait Fritters. Hashed Potatoes. Canary Pudding. CANARY PUDDING. ■ Three ounces of butter, 4oz. sugar, Goz. flour, 1 small tcaeponiul of baking powder, the grated rind of 1 lemon, \ teaspoonful of essence of lemon, 2 eggs, \ gill milk. Beat the butter and sugar to a cream. MA the eggs (well beaten), then tho milk and essence, and lastly the flour, baking powder and lemon rind. Mis well, pour into a well-greased mould, and steam \\ hours. Serve with lemon, sauce. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock, ljlb. Loin Chops. Macaroni. Cabbage. Apples. Breadcrumbs. FOB SUNDAY. Two pounds Artichokes. Slack. Sirloin of Beef. Cauliflower. Peaches. FOR, SUPPER. One Boiled Chicken. Aspic Jelly. Salad. Cream, Jam. Pastry.
