Konga Mohi, and was sentenced to two vears' hard labour, and declared a habitual criminal. John Eobert M'Grcgor and Alexander Stanley Dickson.. were found guilty of assault and robbery and remanded for sentence.

Dunedin, August 22. At the Supreme Court to-dav William John Townley, cattle dealer 'of , Otago leninsula claimed .£5Ol damages from James Joseph Nyhon, also of the Peninsula ■on a charge of slander.
