MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
(Before Dr. M'Arthur, S.M.) CIVIL BUSINESS. In Thomas Thompson v. Walter Dickie, .£2 7s. Gd., judgment was for defendant, and a mangle is to'be-returned to the plaintiff. Myra Anderton v. James Godbcr and Co., Ltd., was a claim for lis. wages. Judgment was for the defendant. Geoffrey V. Hill claimed from Matthew Hodgson ,£lO, money lent. Defendant admitted liability, and plaiutill' was given judgment for ,£lO. Patrick Dwyer, of Wellington, claimed from C. R. Dix, solicitor, and S. W. Adams, clerk, possession of a cashbox containing documents and about i£l4 in .money. Mr. Samuel appeared for plaintiff. The defendants alleged that plaintiff did not. knew which of the money was his, and which was his creditors. Judgment was for the defendants.
