TIME FOE A CHANGE OF GOVERNMENT. Mr. A. H. Herbert, a Reform party candidate for tho Maslerton seat, addressed about 100 electors at Hukanui on Saturday night. He received an excellent hearing, and at the conclusion of the address was accorded a vote of thanks amid prolonged applause. Hornblow, Lil>eral candidate for Oroua, opens his electioneering campaign at Rangiwahia 'on Saturday next. Tho new boundaries of Oroua have absorbed from fifteen hundred to two thousand new votes in and around Mangaweka and Taihapc districts, all tho small townships between thes9 places being now in Oroua.
