AT TOWN HALL TO-NIGHT. The Town Hall should be patronised by followers ol boxing io witness the lournaniejit promoted l;y the local association this evening. The principal item is a lit teen-round contest between Arthur Kelly and "Billy" Hanne.il, two Australian light-weights. Kelly is considered one ol the cleverest men in his class in Australia, and lias defeated most- of the better class men. Hanuan's record extends over only about two years, but during that timo he has been gradually working himself up towards tho top, and by his recent defeat of RaJf in Sydney may now bo classed among the first flight "of lightweights in Australia. Rail', who has always been regarded as a very hard man to boat, lias twice met Arthur Kelly, and on both occasions Kelly has only" managed to win after going the full*twenty rounds by a small margin. Hall's class can bo judged by his showing against "Sid" Sullivan in a twenty-round contest, when, although Sullivan was returned the winner, opinions wero evenly divided as to whether Raff bad not. won.
