o THE RAGLAN SEAT. No time has been lost since the publication of the results of tho work of tho Boundary Commission' in preparing for signature a requisition asking Mr. J. P. Bailey to stand as a candidate iu tho Government interest for the new constituency of Raglan. Mr. Bailey is a successful farmer living near Huntly. A strong endeavour is to bo made to induce Mr. H. F. Bollard, of Tamalicrc, who was the selected Reform party candidate for the old Waikato electorate, to contest the Raglan seat in tho interests of the party. Mr. Bollard is a sou of Mr. John Bollard, M.P. for Eden. ADDRESS BY MR. R. R. MARTIN. Last Wednesday night Mr. R. R. Martin, organiser for the Political Reform party, addressed a meeting at Framliton, and expounded the platform of the parly. Dealing with the reccnt alteration of boundaries, lie said that it was a great pity that community of interests should suffer as it has. There was a desire for a change of Government, and the Political Reform party were prepared to submit their proposals with confidence to tho electors. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded to Mr. Martin for his address.
