PATE A BOROUGH COUNCIL, TOWN HALL AND MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS, THE PATEA BOROUGH COUNCIL invite Designs for a Town Hall and Municipal Offices (combined) as follows:— Tho Building is to be of brick or concrete, and to contain—Hall, to seat 750 persons oil ground iloor, and not moro than 250 in gallery; supper room to feat about 200; small kitchen; stage (30 feet deep), and six dressing rooms. Municipal Offices to consist of throb rooms with fire places—Council Chambers (about 25ft. x 25ft.), and Town Clerk's Office (two rooms) with, strong room.
