Claiming that the wrong tootii had been extracted, Mr. • Frederick Spashefct, of Hillfield Road, H-onpstead, N.W., in t'h'e Lord Mayors' Court, sued Messrs. G. R, and T. C. Mafcland, dentists, of FiusburyPavement, E.G., for damages. The plaintiff's caso was that a perfectly round tooth had been removed. The • defence was that the tooth was involved in ;m absess, and that the plaintiff consented to tho removal.
