ELECTORAL BOUNDARIES. (By TdeeraDb.-SDccial Correspondent.! Wanganui, August 15. Great dissatisfaction is expressed at the cutting out of Castlecliff from the AVaiipauui electoral district. This dissatisfaction is on account of the. existing community of interest—particularly in regard to the development of tjfc harbour and its close contiguity to the town. It is pointed out that Castlceliff has nothinpf in common with the interests of such towns as Ha vera, and. Norraanby, which, ■ though in Taranaki. are in the same electoral disIrict. An official protest, will probably be inatlo on the, matter.
