MOB LAW IN AMERICA. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrieht New York, August 11. A serious race war is feared at Durant, in the Indian Territory, following the burning of a nejro who assaulted a white woman. A posse of white men found the negro escaping across country. They fired a volley, and the negro fell, pierced .by many bullets. The body was then burned.
